Clause 4.2 of ANSI/TIA-598-D (2014) permits colored jackets or jacket printing to show fiber classification and size on indoor cable, and a cable holding only one fiber type and using its jacket color for that purpose follows the preferred jacket color table unless the jacket print identifies the classification.
